Robotic loading systems developed by Dexterity Inc. in the United States, equipped with advanced AI, computer vision, and control technologies, are gaining attention as next-generation solutions that enable high-speed, collaborative, and complex operations far beyond the capabilities of conventional robots. These systems are expected to automate tasks that were previously possible only through manual labor.
As Japan’s logistics industry faces increasing challenges, this AI-powered loading robot is drawing significant interest as a solution to address labor shortages and operational inefficiencies. To deliver this groundbreaking technology to a wide range of customers in Japan, it is essential to provide tailored, Japan-specific services across all three phases: deployment, operation, and support.
At our company, we call this initiative the Dep-Ops (Deployment and Operations) Team. In preparation for service launch, we are building our offerings from the ground up, uniting engineering and project management to create solutions optimized for the Japanese market.
We are looking for motivated professionals with expertise in engineering and project management to join us in bringing this new service to life.
