To successfully deploy this innovative technology across a broad customer base in Japan, it is essential to provide localized services tailored to each customer at all three stages: deployment, operation, and support.
At our company, we have established a dedicated team called “Dep-Ops” (Deployment and Operations), which is working from the ground up to build service models specifically for the Japanese market.

・Lead a team of Robotics Deployment and Operations Engineer, and provide hands-on technical support for deployment, operations, and support of robots
・Localize manuals and training materials into Japanese and provide hands-on training (including native-level review of Japanese documentation)
・Establishing safe and efficient operations tailored to the customer environment.
・Conduct validation and software testing in the company lab (including lab setup and operation)
※Note: This is a deployment-focusedengineering role, not a development position. A transition to a developmentrole is not currently planned
・Experience managing deployment projects
・Experience in robotics development
・Experience related to installation work(electrical, network, facility construction) for robotics and material handling
・Broad knowledge of computing such as AI and digital twins
・Knowledge of Risk Assessment and Safety Management
・Passionate about contributing to the team by actively working hands-on at the site.
